The Peculiar Neighbor: Act I is a graphic novel with art and story by T. Andrew Dempsey.

A young, successful couple move into their first home on a seemingly quiet cul-de-sac. Once settled into the daily grind, our protagonist is enticed by an odd, yet legitimate-sounding offer that propels her into the journey of her life.

The site will likely update every two weeks*, give or take.
